Biotox Gold Reviews 2026 (Does It Really Work?)

Every now and then, there comes a fancy weight loss supplement that claims to be based on a magical ritual from some remote corner of the world. Biotox Gold is one such supplement. That’s what the numerous Biotox Gold reviews claim.
It claims to be based on an ancient Amazonian morning ritual that can help you lose weight, burn belly fat and improve gut health.
Having spent over 12 years in the weight loss industry, we can spot a scam from miles away.
So, we decided to take a closer look at Biotox Gold and see if it’s really as good as it claims to be. Spoiler alert: It’s not! In fact, it has all the red flags that we generally associate with overpriced diet pills that don’t work.

What is Biotox Gold?
Biotox Gold is a weight loss supplement that is claimed to be based on an ancient 30-second morning ritual. While most dietary supplements are in pill form, Biotox Gold is in liquid form.
The drops make it more appealing to the target demographic. After all, it’s easier to gulp down a few drops of a sweet liquid as opposed to oversized pills, isn’t it?
According to the official website, this supplement can help you lose weight, burn belly fat, and improve gut health. It supposedly does all of this by using a combination of natural ingredients that are backed by science.
The official website also claims that Biotox Gold is the result of years of research and that it’s been featured on numerous media outlets like NBC, ABC, CBS, and Fox News.
The problem with all these claims is that they are mostly false. We’ll get to that later in this review.
How does Biotox Gold claim to work?
Most weight loss supplements that work have a clear cut mechanism of action. For instance, fat burners target mobilizing stored body fat cells and help them break down. Similarly, appetite suppressants help you feel fuller for longer so that you eat less.
Biotox Gold, on the other hand, claims to work in a very vague way. It supposedly helps you lose weight by targeting your endocrine system.
Helping you lose weight
The endocrine system is a collection of glands that secrete hormones. These hormones play an important role in regulating various bodily processes like metabolism, growth, immune system, and reproduction.
According to the sales page, Biotox Gold works by targeting these glands and helping them secrete more fat-burning hormones. This, in turn, leads to more weight loss.
While this does sound like a plausible way for a weight loss supplement to work, the problem is that there’s no scientific evidence to back up these claims. Besides, boosting your immune system‘s functioning will rarely produce the kind of weight loss that they claim.
Preventing future weight gain
Some of the sales literature seems to imply that Biotox Gold can prevent you from regaining the weight you’ve lost.
They claim that the supplement helps to reset your hypothalamus. The hypothalamus is a region of the brain that regulates hunger, thirst, and other important bodily functions.
According to Biotox Gold, resetting this region can help to control your appetite and prevent you from overeating. This, in turn, leads to long-term weight loss and prevents you from putting the lost weight back on.
Unfortunately, there’s no scientific evidence to support these claims. In fact, the entire concept of resetting your hypothalamus is based on a study done on rats.
Even if this were true in humans, it’s not clear how long the effects would last. Would you have to take Biotox Gold for the rest of your life to keep the weight off? We don’t know because they don’t say.
In any case, there’s no evidence that taking Biotox Gold can help you lose weight or prevent you from regaining it.
Burning belly fat
The most common place to store excess body fat is around your abdomen. This type of fat is known as visceral fat and it’s the most dangerous kind.
Visceral fat has been linked to an increased risk of heart disease, diabetes, and even cancer. So, it’s no surprise that people are always looking for ways to get rid of it.
Biotox Gold claims to help you burn this type of fat by targeting your endocrine system. According to them, the supplement helps to secrete more fat-burning hormones, which leads to weight loss and a reduction in visceral fat.
Just like the rest of the claims, there are no studies to back up this claim.
Improving gut health
There’s some evidence to suggest that gut health is linked to weight loss. For instance, a study showed that people with obesity tend to have different gut bacteria than lean people.
Another study found that obese people who took probiotics (a type of good bacteria) lost more weight than those who didn’t. So, it’s possible that improving your gut health could help you lose weight.
Biotox Gold claims to improve gut health using a combination of its natural ingredients and of course, the hormone-gut connection.
They claim that the supplement helps to secrete more fat-burning hormones, which leads to weight loss and a reduction in visceral fat. In turn, this helps to improve gut health.
Even if some of these claims were actually true (hypothetically), it would take a potent mix of ingredients to achieve these results. Unfortunately, we don’t know how many of the ingredients are in Biotox Gold because they use a proprietary blend. This is a huge red flag because it’s impossible to know if the supplement is actually effective or not.
Biotox Gold Ingredients
Biotox Gold contains over 20 ingredients. Or so they claim. Healthy weight loss, even with supplementation does not require 20 fancy ingredients that can potentially prevent endocrine disrupting chemicals from wreaking havoc.
We know of dietary supplements with barely 5-6 ingredients that melt away body fat at the rate of knots. We think the 20 ingredients include some fancy names that are added purely to create a fake impression of a robust formula.
Here’s the ingredient list in case you are curious.
- Herbs – Guarana, Capsicum root, African Mango extracts, Maca, Panax, Grape seed, Irvingia gabonensis, Raspberry ketone, green tea extract
- Amino – L-Carnitine, Chromium,
- Others – Tryptophan, Glycyrrzhin
As you can see, they have basically crammed every single weight loss ingredient into one pill. This is not how effective dietary supplementation works.
None of the doses have been mentioned, so we do not know if the amounts are sufficient to be effective or not.
Some of these ingredients (like green tea and Garcinia Cambogia) do have some evidence to support their use for weight loss. But, they need to be present in the right doses for them to be effective.
Without knowing the doses, it’s impossible to say if Biotox Gold actually contains enough of these ingredients to be effective.
Does Biotox Gold work?
The big question is, does this so-called miracle supplement actually work? Can it really help you in losing weight or with energy levels, burning stored fat, or erectile dysfunction, or whatever outrageous claims they make?
Unfortunately, the answer is a resounding no.
There’s no evidence to support any of the claims made by Biotox Gold.
The company, which is Sound Publishing Inc uses an array of random clinical studies or research to back up its claims. Here’s why we think the weight loss and weight gain prevention claims of Biotox Gold need to be taken with a large grain of salt.
Proprietary Blends
A proprietary blend is when a supplement company combines a bunch of ingredients and doesn’t tell you how much of each ingredient is in the mix. For instance, the Biotox Gold formula could contain just 99.99% of one ingredient and 0.1% of all the rest.
This is a huge problem because you have no way of knowing if the doses are effective or not. The only thing you can do is trust the company that they have used the right amount of each ingredient.
This is not something we are willing to do because there have been too many cases of supplement companies using ineffective doses or even using dangerous amounts of ingredients.
Wayward Claims
The official website for Biotox Gold makes some pretty outrageous claims about
They claim that it can help you with energy levels, better sleep, increased libido, improved digestion, and more.
These are the kinds of claims that are generally made by shady supplements that don’t actually work. If a supplement could really do all of these and it was based on a secret ritual from Indonesia, don’t you think everyone would know about it?
The fact that the company is making such outlandish claims should be a huge red flag for anyone considering taking this supplement.
Misleading Research
As we mentioned earlier, the company behind Biotox Gold’s research and editorial team likes to cite FDA approved research to back up their claims. The problem is that they are often cherry-picking studies or taking them out of context.
For instance, they cite a study that found Garcinia Cambogia to be effective for weight loss. But, what they don’t mention is that the study was done on rats and not humans.
They also claim that Biotox Gold can help with energy levels and metabolism. But, the study they cite to back up this claim was done on mice and not humans.
The list goes on and on. The research they are citing is often irrelevant or taken out of context.
Money-Back Guarantee not Honored
Another red flag is that there are some biotox gold customer reviews which claim that even when they submit e wallet permits to claim a refund, the company does not accept liability. Now, that’s the last thing you need with weight loss supplements today.
We know how the industry works and often, these companies will make it very difficult for you to get your money back.
Biotox Gold Cost
Here’s the icing on the cake. A 30-day supply of Biotox Gold is priced at $79. That’s just insane considering the ingredients and the lack of evidence.
Biotox Gold – Our Thoughts and Alternatives
If you’re thinking about trying Biotox Gold, we would recommend that you look elsewhere. Biotox nutrition ticks all the red flags that we associate with scam supplements. There are other supplements on the market that actually have some evidence to support their claims.
